Had a chance to take a tour of Paul Brown Stadium with a Bengals Sales Rep (Brian McNamara) and it was awesome! Brian was a true class act from beginning to end of our tour. His knowledge of Bengals football past/present was outstanding and his professionalism was excellent! I'm a LIFE LONG Browns fan, but after taking the 50th Anniversary Tour I was really impressed. Great Job Brian and fantastic job Cincinnati.

Very enjoyable. Electronic tickets arrived immediately and were printed without issues. The game was great but the outcome was not what I wanted. I root for the Eagles but the Bengals fans were friendly and fun...a great time!

We had a great view even from the "nosebleeds". Was surprised to see lots of empty seats, but you have to figure it's hard for most people to get excited about the watching the Lions and it was chilly, Lions fans are used to that Northern weather -so it was not an issue for us. was impressed witht the # of Lion fans who made the trip. When I purchased the tickets, 8 days prior to the game, the only tix available that were along the sideline were in the upper deck, 3rd to last row: or 32nd row out of 34 rows. I imagine many of the empty seats were season ticket holders who did not show for the game. The other part that's disapointing to see is all the club seats in section 200 that were empty. There were some really great plays: Matthew Stafford to Calvin Johnson for 54 yards, Fanene' 45 yard pick-6, we did not miss any of the action from our vantage point really good seats actually, and they should be for $83.

Wife is from Denver, I'm from Ohio. We have never had the opportunity to see an NFL game together until now. Even with 59 minutes of a less than exciting game, the experience was great. Lot's of tailgating, people watching, and meeting new folks from Cincinnati & Denver made the expenditure worth while. But the last minute of play was one to see.

My first NFL game on my birthday! It was a great game and the seats were great as well. Loved the experience except for when they took my little purse but let many others with bigger bags pass by. That was not a good experience, especially when your group of friends just walked a long way to get to the stadium. I wish the NFL didn t have to change their rules to using such small bags. After I got over that, the game was fun and the venue was good

I've been a Bengals fan for 36 years now. You can't beat Paul Brown Stadium as a place to watch a game. It's clean, has decent food and drink (there was a cocktail bar on my level, really enjoyed that). The staff does a really nice job. The view is good pretty much anywhere you sit in the stadium. I can't say the same for the team I saw on the field (9/10 game against the Ravens). They looked totally unprepared. Still, seeing a game at PBS is always fun.

Losing is one thing. Being non-competitive is another. I have never left an NFL game early, but just could not watch another half of bad football. I left feeling like Andy Dalton or Marvin Lewis should personally refund my money. Terrible

I recently had ankle surgery and had family from Florida visiting so figured we would go to the game. I was in a knee roller and asked numerous staff members for help in where to get an elevator or the best way to get to our seats. They had no idea and sent us all over the stadium. The only person who was helpful was Jeff Bryant the usher for our seats who was great. By the time we got to our seats we had missed almost the entire first half of the game. I got on the chat forum and spoke to a Kathrine the next day and she said sorry you had a bad experience we will let security know and that was it. The experience was awful and except for Jeff Bryant they couldn't have cared less. I would not recommend going if you are handicapped in any way. They could care less once they get your money. The Bengals lost three fans that day and from their response they could care less.

Being to numerous other stadiums, you have to appreciate what we have at home. Face value for similar seats in other stadiums have exceeded double what we pay at home. I have also paid double for face value parking at away stadiums too. Yeah, we are a small market compared to most other NFL franchises but we still have a good value with a team always doing their best. I still believe we are due a Super Bowl run and maybe this year we will be the one's finishing strong. Who Dey!

As a hardcore bengals fan, I was so excited that this was gonna be my first in person bengals game ever. I didn't even care where my seats were I just wanted to be there. Let me tell you, as a bengals fan, sitting in the Steelers section isn't fun. But I pushed through and I had the time of my life. I really thought we had that win but alas we did not. It's alright because I walked out of there with my head high and proud of my team. We might have lost, and we may have a hot tempted teammate who lost us the game, but we are a team. We win together we lose together. Thanks Bengals, see you next year when I can actually plan ahead and buy nice seats to see them up close and personal :)

As a lifelong Bengals fan, I was very excited that my beloved Bengals had come from behind to defeat our bitter rival. While the game was poorly officiated and the rainy weather made it uncomfortable, we had begun celebrating a victory when untimely errors and penalties ruined our victory celebration. The game was called disgraceful by the announcers. It was even worse than that to us fans.

Game was pretty good but we have been to three at the Bengals stadium this year and each time there were several obnoxious fans. From people starting fights to groping women it was less than ideal at times. The only worse fans I've encountered have been at Eagles home games. Unless you are a Bengals fan I'd recommend paying more for seats in the lower levels. Each game had several police and security kicking people out of the top sections all game long.

Granted this was a tough game to watch and I get that emotions were running high but I am thoroughly embarrassed by the behavior of Cincinnati Bengals fans. Booing an injured player going off the field while throwing bottles at him. Throwing stuff at Pittsburgh players after the game. Fighting with one another. We are better than this and behavior as such is not supportive of our team. There is no need or excuse for how some Cincinnati fans behaved that night.

I had an amazing time with my family. Pre game, participating in the fan hoorahs. It was overall really fun. The only thing I did not enjoy was JERK's around where we sat against the other team. Although the Bengals were 20+ points in and the opposing team was still at nothing, some Bengals fans took it a little too far saying "How did you not catch that?! You might as well not have played if you're going to play that ****y." My family and I came to enjoy the game and people like that ruined it especially when they saw one of us had an opposing team gear on.

This was my first NFL game and it was a great time. I have been to several MLB games, but they don't compare to an NFL game. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the drunk chick next to me puked all over the place and I had to leave my seat and stand for 2 quarters. I know that is rare but my first game how often does that happen?

I have to say, it was pretty cool. I'm a Broncos fan and it was my first game. Nothing beats seeing your team play in person. I flew out there and I found that a really good portion of the people in Cincinnati are awesome. 3 different times people saw me walking and offered me a ride, once while I was wearing my Broncos jersey. Recommend a vist, and catch a game while you're there.

In the bright fall sunshine on a September afternoon, Bengals vs Browns football was the ticket of the month. There seem to be no "bad" seats at the Bengals stadium. Really enjoyed the venue and the game. Stadium is great! Learned a couple valuable lessons: 1) Sit on the Home side: The sun was in our faces on the Visitor's side all day, but the Home side was nice and shady. 2) Don't bring any "large" bags: My wife was faced with the decision of walking the 2 miles back to the car or throwing away her purse. She wasn't allowed to take it inside the stadium and that got things off to a rough start.

It was an awesome game but the seating was very uncomfortable. I feel it should be noted in the sections where the seats are basically on top of each other with no leg room. I have attended past games in the lower range seats in the top section of the arena and was able to sit back and enjoy the game. Purchase ticktes in the endzone and feel like sardines cramped into a can...........

This was a great game to watch. The intensity of the fans is amazing and the view is pretty good. You get a great view when the team is coming towards and has passed the 30 yard line. The view isn't as good the further you go back down field but you still can see what is going on. One more row back puts you in the shade and will protect you from the rain or snow.

I would give it 5 stars if I could have parachuted into the stadium. The traffic, parking and solicitors outside the stadium are frustrating. Worst of all was a so-called "street preacher" who didn't seem to understand he was turning people AWAY from God instead of TOWARD the love of God. This REALLY bothers me and I hope he reads this. As for inside the stadium, the seats were very good, the game was competitive and entertaining, the sound system was wonderful and the video on the big screens were fantastic.

We purchased seats with VIP Hospitality Pre-Game Party. The seats were great!! We couldn't buy the seats without the VIP Hospitality Pre-Game Party Package, so we thought we would give it a try. It was pricy for four tickets but figured it would be well worth the money. An hour and a half before the game we would have unlimited drinks and buffet. This sounded like a great way to start the game. Followed the instructions and arrived at 11:30 and went to the table to sign in...wait where's the table? Hmm, guess they forgot that part. The staff seemed as confused about what was going on as all the guests were. The area that they hosted this "party" reminded me of an airport terminal with Cincinnati Bengals tables. Not completely though because the terminals at least have a good view of the airplanes. There wasn't a view at all; not even Bengals memorabilia. No music. No view of the field. A view of the tail gaters would have been more exciting. The drinks were self serve, no big deal, but they didn't even have the lights on at the bar. The buffet consisted of salad and Gold Star chili (coneys and speghetti). So a Bud Light and Gold Star 4-Way and we call it a party? A couple of Ben-Gals showed up for a photo opp. Cool. Maybe there is more to come?? NOPE that was it! That was the VIP Hospitality Pre-Game Party that cost an extra $92 per person. Can't wait to NOT do that again!

Well, my team lost the game and the 4th quarter was constant rain, so that wasn't so good. But the atmosphere and the Bengals fans were great; Bengals fans we encountered were very respectful and classy. Field and stadium were very nice. Only downside (other than the loss) was that we paid for a souvenir Monday night football cup and didn't notice until we reached our seats that we had gotten a regular Bengals cup instead...didn't want to go all the way back down to correct.

Seats were great. I had no cash on me at stadium; after spending $25 on parking. I could not get food or drinks from counter, because they would not accept my bank card. Same problem when trying to purchase a Bengals shirt. I bought the shirt; after I withdrew money and spent three extra dollars ATM fee. Bengals played Denver very well. It was a great game. Now; it is time for the Iron Tigers to eat the Steelers, and stomp them to win the AFC North over that team that holds without penalties from Western Pennsylvania. Who Dey!

Sat in the Canopy at $50.00 seats, every time a play happened people felt the need to stand up and watch. Then you can't see. The under 30 crowd were glued to their phones and nearly $10. beers. You could tell it was season tickets holders as they acted like they knew each other. Poor sound you couldn't hear penalties announced. music during commercials too loud. Finally at half time we wandered to a lower level where the older crowd was. Prices outrageous next time I will watch from HOME.I wanted to see Peyton but he played horribly and I was happy either way who won. It was on my BUCKET LIST!!

Had an overall awesome experience for my first NFL game. Only complaint was about bringing my purse into the stadium. No where on the Bengals website was it posted that only certain sized bags would be allowed into the stadium. We had taken a cab to the stadium and the only option was to dispose of a 100.00+ purse.

Quite a few Steelers fans make the trip to Cincinnati each year, and after our first experience at Paul Brown Stadium, we will be there again in the future. There are lots of parking options, even if you are unfamiliar with the area, and the home team fans didn't give us too much flack.

Took my two nephews to watch the steelers play the bengals in a crucial divisional game. it was the second steelers game for my oldest nephew 11 and the first for his little brother 8. We had good seats and a good time! Buying the tickets through ticketmaster was way more cheaper than nfl tickets exchange or any other non team ticket venue. i always try ticketmaster first. the boys had a great time and the steelers won which made it all worth the while. i'm a broncos fan myself.

Great seat in the end zone. Sat in the sun had to peel of most of the layers. By middle of 4th quarter, had to add layers back on the sun was going down. Would sit in this section again. Would like to be closer to field.

Even though it was a cold night, the atmosphere was amazing! Whether you were a browns fan or a bengals fan, the fans made the experience more memorable! It helps that the team I was cheering for came home with a victory!

Amazing that I could get a playoff ticket the day of the game for less than $100?! Are you kidding me Cincinnati? That would NEVER be possible in Pittsburgh. Sitting up under the canopy was awesome since it rained the entire game. Fair warning - a lot of rowdy fans in the upper section - and some not so nice - a woman actually pushed me as I walked by her (when Cincinnati was winning and she should have been happy!) The game was intense - yes bad behavior by BOTH teams and inconsistent ref calls -- the ones at the end that decided the game, unfortunately for Cincinnati. Gotta say, as an Ohioan who is a Steelers fan, I was embarrassed for both teams. Fans cheering (and throwing things) when an injured player is being carted into the locker room is lowest of the low.
